Christmas at Home

When we finally got to have our Christmas at home, Colton was still loving the presents.




Cole's big gift was a train table. We weren't sure how much he'd like it, but he played with for about three days straight.




He loved playing in it too, until we filled the drawers with his toys.

Christmas at the Brents

Colton couldn't wait to open his presents... again.




Colton passed the time playing with his cousin Owen, a Chip-n-Dale-in-Training.




When Colton finally got to open his presents, he really tore into them.




When we visited Evonne's grandparents, Colton thought his cousin's new dog was funny.

Christmas with Mamie & Papa

Since we were traveling on Christmas, we celebrated early with Mamie and Papa. They made him a toy horse...




and refurbished a great old runner sled for him.




Auntie Jessie enjoyed the trinket box Cole made for her.




Then Cole demonstrated how he made it for her.




Mamie enjoyed the planter that Cole made for her too.

Patiently awaiting Jack

Colton's getting very excited about Jack's pending arrival. He spends lots of time talking to him.



Cole also 'plays' with Jack by playing with his 'ree-haws' on Evonne's stomach.

Christmas Decorating

Colton had a great time helping us decorate the Christmas tree.

Too Cool

There's been a slight delay in our posting: Colton's been too cool for pictures.

More Potty Training

We've continued to work with Colton on potty training.




He has even tried out some Big Boy underwear, though he's not so fond of it.

Getting Ready to Be a Big Brother

Colton has been getting ready to be a big brother. He is practicing his Baby Handling and Feeding Techniques.






He has also been sympathizing with Mom by seeing what it is like to have a baby in your tummy. Cole's baby was actually a stuffed rabbit.

Xmas Cookies

We started getting into the holiday spirit and made some cookies with Colton. We didn't think to get the camera out for the fun part, but here are the results.
